There are two ways that stores can purchase our magnetic paint additive for resale. The
first is in the same metal cans that we sell to the public. These retail packaged goods
come with magnet samples and instructions for use and are available only in the multi-packs
listed below. Each multi-pack also contains a retail display card that can be displayed
magnetically on your own magnetic paint wall. Use one can of the additive to make a sample
display wall of your own. You will familiarize your sales people with the product and it
will attract a lot of extra business for the additive. This product is amazing and people
really like the way it works. When your customers see it, they will want it for their homes.

Pack # GP04
4 cans to treat a gallon of paint each, costing $22.50 per can = $90.00
Pack # VP63
Variety pack with 3 cans for a gallon of paint and 6 cans for a quart = $127.50

The second way to purchase our magnetic paint additive is in wholesale bulk. This is the
most economical way but it will require that the additive be packaged by the store in quart
cans that you will supply. The additive is bulk packed in 48-pound boxes. The wholesale bulk
price for the additive is $2.50 per pound or $120.00 for each 48-pound box. Each bulk box contains enough
additive to treat six gallons of paint. Each gallon's worth of paint will
require eight pounds of additive, which will fill a quart paint can. Since the gallon's
worth of additive fills a quart can, there is no need to weigh out the additive. Just fill
the can and close the lid. That's only $20.00 per gallon's worth of additive.
Each gallon's worth of
additive sells retail for $40.00 or more per can. Your profit is $20.00 or more on each
gallon's worth of magnetic additive, depending on your retail price.

What paint works best to mix with the additive?
We suggest white oil based primer/sealer of any brand be used to mix with the magnetic additive.
Latex primers will work also but we have found that oil based primers wear better and dry more
thoroughly and quickly than latex paints. Primers are also less expensive than finish paints.
Because multiple coats of the magnetic paint are required, it only makes sense to save money by
using the less expensive primer as the magnetic paint base. Primers also stick best to most surfaces
and are formulated to accept any kind of paint for a topcoat. Since Magically Magnetic Paint Additive
will not discolor the paint it is mixed with, white primer is the color of choice. White primer
magnetic paint will cover easily with any color topcoat. A finish coat of any color or brand of
latex paint can be used without affecting the magnetic paint's attraction.
Directions for use
Eight pounds of additive is needed to treat a full gallon of paint. Eight pounds of our dry additive
fills a quart container and would overfill the gallon can if it were simply poured into the can of
paint at the store, so you won't be able to mix the additive into the paint for your customers.
Stirring with a paint stick is the best method of mixing the additive into paint. The customer will
need a mixing container that is slightly larger than the volume of paint they are mixing the additive
into. The paint is poured into the mixing container and then the powdered additive is poured into the
paint while the paint is stirred with a paint stick. The additive is not at all difficult to mix into
the paint and a few seconds of easy mixing is all that is needed. The powder does not dissolve into
the paint. It merely mixes with the paint. Since the magnetic particles are heavy, mixing is best
done at the job site shortly before use. An additional stir will be necessary before any additional
coats should be applied. We suggest mixing only what will be used in the next few days. Shelf life
for the dry additive is more than a year.
How to finish a magnetic wall
A ¼ inch foam roller is the best type to use for magnetic paint, as it gives the smoothest
finish. Magnetic paints always impart a light texture due to the tiny magnetic particles in
the paint. Sanding lightly with .000 sandpaper after the final coat of magnetic paint has dried
completely can lessen this texture. Sanding is done only to knock off any high spots of the
texture, not to make the wall perfectly smooth. A light texture is unavoidable. Many prefer to tape
off the area they want to be magnetic with painter's tape. After the magnetic paint has been applied
to the area to be magnetic, the tape is removed and the entire wall is painted with the finish color
wall paint. This final finish color coat will make the whole wall the same color and make the texture
less noticeable.
Industrial quantity users

Much larger bulk quantities are also available, but they are large and quite heavy. We sell a 500-pound
barrel and a 3,000-pound super heavy-duty sack on a skid. Additive can be scooped out of the barrel while
the sack would most likely require a forklift to pick up the sack and pour the additive from the soft pour
spout on the bottom of the sack. These super bulk packs are intended for very large quantity users. Shipping
charges vary on these items. Please
