This is David Lytle’s newest trick for turning any wall into a beautiful and inexpensive
magnetic photo display. The kit is comprised of a 48-inch long, 1/2-inch wide ribbon of
white sheet magnet and ten tiny 3/8-inch diameter rare earth button magnets. The tiny
button magnets are so small they won’t hide your photos, while they are powerful enough to
hold fast to the steel packed ribbon of sheet magnet. The ribbon magnet hangs simply and
elegantly from one single pushpin, thumbtack or a small piece of tape on any wall, room
divider or office cubical divider. Use a thumbtack to hang the ribbon and the first photo
will hide the tack. The magnet will even stick to the tack. Once hung with the button
magnets, the photos can easily be adjusted on the ribbon by sliding them up and down. The
Photo Ribbon will automatically hang straight up and down and flat against the wall.
Just hang the ribbon and mount your photos using as much space between the photos as you like.
You don’t have to use the entire 4 feet of ribbon in one piece. Cut it easily with scissors.
Use more than one magnet ribbon and create a beautiful photo grouping. This is a great way
to display your Christmas cards too. Get one or more photo ribbons for each of the kids.
They will love this easy way to display all their friend’s photos on their bedroom walls.
Dad might like a couple in his shop or den for his hunting and fishing pictures. Buy them
one at a time at our low introductory price, or in bulk packs and save.
Here’s a thought. You could even use colored fancy cloth ribbon from a fabric store instead of the sheet magnet strip. You would need two magnets for each photo, but it would work beautifully. Just place one magnet behind the cloth ribbon, the photo in front of the ribbon and the second button magnet in front of the photo. The magnets will center themselves automatically, one over the other. They would stick to each other right through the ribbon and the photo. The photos would even be movable with the magnets in place, up and down the cloth ribbon. You could still use a thumbtack to hang the ribbon and hide it with the first photo and one magnet.
